Eric Clapton rend hommage à JJ Cale (album à venir)

Eric Clapton revient cet été (le 28 juillet) entourés de nombreux autres artistes (Mark Knopfler, John Mayer, Willie Nelson, Tom Petty, Derek Trucks et Don White) pour rendre hommage à JJ Cale.

Ils reprennent 16 de ses plus grands titres dans l'album The Breeze, An Appreciation of JJ Cale.

Vous devez surement vous demander pourquoi avoir voulu rendre cet hommage. Et bien, tout simplement parce que pour Clapton (et beaucoup d'autres d'ailleurs) JJ Cale reste l'une des figures les plus importantes de l'histoire du rock. Il a donc choisi de réunir des musiciens qui ont largement été influencés par JJ Cale pour honorer sa mémoire.
